I've been with Teksavvy for several years now on 5mbps
unlimited (Cogent) upload/download DSL plan with a block of static IPs
routed over my connection.
Their customer service has been great whenever I had to deal with them and
they really went out of their way to fix issues. The only thing bad I can
say, but I guess this applies to any DSL retailler is that they were never
able to get Bell to fix my phone line (there is a problem with my phone line
between the post and the CO, I keep loosing sync for a few seconds every 2-3
minutes, tried replacing the modem, re-did the internal wiring in the house,
including a Y at the demarc, DMT reports a noise surge on the line every 2-3
minutes)
