[aegir] Skinr/Block Caching Issue

I don't understand how the cache is causing this, as the site is fine, with the same db, on a bluehost D6.19 multisite. I will check over everything.

Maybe try to truncate all cache tables?
It sounds like related to your config.
I don't see any reason on the server level,
when you have all caching effectively disabled.
