[aegir] Can't create site on remote server with alpha13

Hi,

Any help here appreciated!

This used to work fine in alpha12, but doesn't seem to since the
upgrade to alpha13. I can see that the sites/sitename.tld folder and
the mysql database are created on the remote box, but no config in
vhost.d.

No errors - just that the task stays queued and the tiny wheel in the
task queue keeps revolving like its still working on it, except its
been about 30 minutes or so now - I've tried this with multiple
platforms/sites - all the same.

Obviously SSH and MySQL connections are fine, since the sites folder
and the db are created. Also, I have no trouble verifying the server
or platforms on the remote box.

I've also made sure that 'aegir' has sudo permissions to restart
apache, but we don't seem to be getting that far anyway.
