[aegir] Errors from install.sh

So su'ing over to aegir user and doing the exports didn't work. Nor did
setting the proxy explicitly via the ubuntu->system->preferences->network
proxy.
Any other ideas? Only other thing I can think of is running the thing from
home where I don't have to deal with this sort of web filtering crap they do
here at work (State of Iowa).
