[aegir] Using drush hosting-import to auto-create your platform node (and other entities)

Wow! What a discovery! I must admit I barely remember Adrian mentioning that
somewhere in the old g.d.o thread and/or IRC, but since I already
used before my quick Drush/cli hack to add platforms in Octopus
on the fly, I didn't try that yet. Time to improve my workflow
and use native Aegir goodness :)

It looks far better than I initially expected.
