[aegir] Database problem during hostmaster upgrade 0.4a8 -> 0.4a13

Hi,

Firstly we have a multi-server set-up SERVER1 runs Apache while SERVER2
runs MySQL.

The upgrade appears to run correctly until the database import at which
point I get a MySQL access denied error. From what I have been able to
figure out the MySQL user and password is created correctly on SERVER2
as expected.

However during the import @server_master[remote_host] is used for the
MySQL config which defaults to SERVER1 and therefore causes the failure.

So my question is how do I get provision to use
@server_master[master_db] or is this a bug?
