[aegir] New wiki page on configuring SSL on Aegir

Hi Aegir folks,

I have added a page on configuring SSL on Aegir - I believe it is
relevant to Aegir 0.4 alpha9+.  I'm a bit of a dunce at SSL, DNS etc.
so your input revisions would be appreciated.  One area the page could
use some improvement is describing how to enable a site using an
existing cert/key and how and when Aegir picks up the presence of
other directories under /var/aegir/config/server_master/ssl.d

Note to the Aegir devs - I wonder if it would be better to have some
of the optional fields on the edit server and edit site pages disabled
(greyed out) rather than hidden.  That way, when the relevant option
button is clicked the fields would become enabled rather than
appearing.  I found this particularly confusing when enabling
apache_ssl on the server form.
