[MLUG] cron.weekly

using crontab command shows/edits the crontab for the current user
 including root    it has nothing to do with /etc/crontab

/etc/crontab and file sin /etc/cron..  (weekly, hourly etc)  are system
level cron and have nothing to do with users.
They are two different things  system level and user level
