That really sucks... For whatever reason I still seem to have good bittorrent 
download speed, maybe because I live in Laval.

Does anyone know if traffic between people in Montreal will be throttled? Or 
is the reason for this throttling the poor infrastructure in the 
Montreal/Toronto areas?
