bell downgraded me from 5 to 4 mb. i'm pissed...
yeah bell has way more traffic than its broke-ass network can handle, and
there "allways fast, even in prime time" means throttling across their
network, their definition of prime time? whenver there servers are stressed.
do bandwidth speed tests to see where your at at a given time..
