[MLUG] Hard drive clikcing

This is an issue with certain laptop hard drives. I
don't think desktop HDD have this issue.

I have the Seagate Momentus 7200.1
I don't have Linux on this machine but do you think if
I execute the command with a Live CD, the setting will
be saved on the HDD BIOS or chips or whatever.
If I reboot, do I have to re-execute the script?

PS : not only is the sound annoying but maybe it is
bad for the disk.
