[MLUG] OT - Looking for e-commerce solution for small online shop

I am looking for an easier way to have an online shop than having to do
everything myself. I don't have the time to do that.
So far, we have installed oscommerce on our server (running Fedora), but
I have problems taking care of a few glitches. It requires for example
dealing with permissions, which was never my forte in Linux. Firefox is
also giving me grievances accessing Paypal. Now we have been asked to
secure the whole shop with SSL, and I am not at all looking forward to
doing that.
So, I am either looking for an hosted online solution (somebody else
fights with permissions, SSL configuration and security updates), where
I just have to configure my products (about 100) and details of shop.
This is for a low-volume book publisher (very small). I haven't had
much success searching on Google. It's either buy a software and
configure it yourself (I already have that and the downside of it), or
get hosted on a plan with features and prices for a commerce the size of
IKEA.
Or I am looking for a developer that can work with oscommerce and
Paypal, and iron out the glitches we encounter as we go.
If you know of good hosts for online shops, I'd like to hear about them.
As for developer/debugger, you can contact me off line if you can do
that type of work.
Thank you.
