[MLUG] Videotron DNS Problems?

Hi,

I've seen some serious issues with the 2 well known Videotron dns
(205.151.222.250 - 205.151.222.251). Since yesterday, they are going
up and down. For the rare moments of availability - they don't seem
up-to-date/resolve everything as they should.

But then, the uplink of those servers is not a videotron link... so
might be they restrict outside query.
