[MLUG] [OT] Convert VMware VM to Citrix Xen

VMware Server is such a bad product compared to ESX. 2 different animals. I
know some people who were under the impression VMware sucked. Why? Because
they only used the server edition. Once you move on to ESX +
Infrastructure3, then you really know what virtualization is all about.

Every other virtualization product out there is just trying to catch up with
them. I often hear KVM/Xen is faster. Perphaps, but how much more? 5%? Who
cares with today's hardware. What matters when you go down the
virtualization path is simplifying your network and its management. That's
what you get with ESX + Infra3.
