[ILL] ILL request and/or expertise/suggestion on tracking an item

Good day,
I am sending this email from Blaney McMurtry and am hoping someone can assist me. I've been asked by one of our practitioners to track down a manual for this equipment/product.  I've perused their website and found a few references, but not the actual manual.  I've sent inquiries from some medical contacts... but to no avail.
We don't have the actual product number all we know is we need a manual to explain how it is being used.  I am not privy as to why it's really needed though.
Lawyer said just get me manual for a Leksell Frame & arc where electrodes are placed.
Any assistance or direction is greatly appreciated.
