The public consultation office of the City of Montreal is hosting an event
on technology & citizen engagement, Feb 27-28, at the Montreal Science
Centre:

It's sold out, but there's a waiting list open on Eventbrite:

It looks like a great program. And Open Street Map Montreal is running a
participatory mapping event alongside.
