Robin,

I would love a translation of the neutrality.ca site done. I would want as
literal a translation of the letter portion as posible; but as for the rest
of it, some license to make it more french-language prosed would be fine.
Translations of the violations area would be troublesome though, as whoever
was doing the translation would have to be willing to keep it updated as
that information changes.

Right now we have 120 signatures, with the majority coming form ontario, bc,
and quebec.
