C'est en effet une autre bataille qui est là pour durer . Mais il y a de 
bonnes nouvelles . je reçois sur une autre liste de nos amis indiens 
(qui ont beaucoup contribué à ce mouvement de l'accès libre)
le message ci-dessous qui lance le portail openj-gate et réfère aux 
travaux de notre collègue montrèalais Jean Claude Gédon qui était parmi 
les premiers militants de ce mouvement depuis l'initiative de Budapest.
En effet, la déclaration de Berlin de 2003
