[develop] API site is down

Hello all,
I have no idea who hosts it, but someone in IRC noticed today that the API
site has been down for a couple of weeks: http://api.aegirproject.org/

Back in november I noticed a problem with it as well and filed an issue but
no one responded: https://www.drupal.org/node/2614916

Does anyone know who maintains the API site?

I might be able to help...  I guess it's thursday, so maybe I'll see some
of you in IRC?
