[develop] Gitfs

Hey all,

I ran across https://github.com/PressLabs/gitfs today, and it might be a 
good way to /require/ that Aegir sites are committed to Git, but still 
allow for SFTP editing for less tech-savvy users. We'd need to build a 
container that handles it, but I think that might be pretty 
straightforward, especially now that Docker has the concept of storage 
drivers. If there's not a FUSE driver already, maybe that'd be a good 
place for us to contribute to Docker. Once that's in place, we can mount 
a Git repo as a filesystem and have a nice process for the people that 
are unable or unwilling to learn Git.
