Hi everyone,

I just pushed the first version of hosting_variables:
https://www.drupal.org/project/hosting_variables

ergonlogic and helmo are already added as maintainers (and formatC, who
seemed pretty interested on IRC), please let me know if you want to help
too. Comments and issues welcome.
