[CANMEDLIB] LibGuides: traduction/translation

Hi Alexia,

I wonder if you could add the Select Language widget found at the top of
https://www.barwonhealth.org.au/

That way clients could easily translate into English (and many other languages beside) just by using the dropdown
Would be a lot less work than producing two language versions
Would work fine for all web content but not PDFs

For the time being, all our LibGuides are in French. We are looking into producing more guides that need to exist in a French and English version.

We are looking for best practices on how best to manage the process of building and maintaining guides in two languages.
Any advice, experience or help is welcome!

I am happy to summarize and share the findings and share if others are interested!
