Hi everyone,

This year's Aegir Summit is coming up soon. The theme is "DIY GPL Drupal
Cloud". It would be great if you could attend, so please sign up at:

We are also calling for presentations and speakers, workshops, etc. for the
Aegir Summit 2016 on Monday, July 11, 2016.

I haven't had time this year to correspond with everyone individually.
However, I do know that lots has been happening, both in core and contrib,
as well as derivative projects.

Please let myself, Christopher Gervais, or Jon Pugh (coordinators) know if
you're able to attend and/or contribute a workshop, presentation, etc.

Importantly, this year, will feature the foundation meeting of the Aegir
Cooperative which has been developed as a response to the Aegir Strategy
Session with Richard Stallman last year. The cooperative will offer
“vendor” support for Aegir, making it easier and more affordable to adopt
Aegir than ever before.

We’ll host the usual in-depth training, presentations of the latest
innovations in Aegir contrib space, discussions of architectural
improvements, and so forth that you usually find at an Aegir Summit. But
this year, a major theme will be refining the services that the new Aegir
Cooperative will be offering, as well as opportunities for community
members to participate or even join the cooperative.
